Privacy policy

Who processes your data

The data controller is Kaviar Creative, 11 rue de la Cascade, 68490 Hombourg, France, reachable at contact@voyage-safari.fr.

What the site collects

The site has no user accounts, no forms and no newsletter. It sets no cookies of its own and uses no audience measurement tool that follows you from site to site.

Like any site, the server records in its technical logs the IP address, the page requested, the date, the browser and the referring page of each request, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a few weeks, then deleted.

Third-party services

Some pages embed third-party services, which receive your IP address when they load and may set their own cookies:

• Stay22, for the accommodation map and affiliate links: the embedded map and the link script load resources from stay22.com, and Stay22 measures clicks to partner booking sites to attribute commissions. The map runs on Google Maps.
• OpenStreetMap: the park map tiles load from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
• The booking sites the links lead to (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, GetYourGuide) apply their own privacy policy as soon as you arrive on them.

Messages you send us

When you write to us, your address and your message are used only to reply to you and to correct the guides. They are kept while your request is handled, for one year at most, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase the data that concerns you, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@voyage-safari.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr.
